Here is a link to the trailer of a Canadian documentary still in
development. Perhaps it could be useful to share this with friends and
relatives. It clearly suggests that we need to think much more carefully
about and be more proactive in how we are affecting the migration of birds.

By the way, this week is normally the peak of the night migration of Hermit
Thrushes. The best time to listen is an hour before sunrise, i.e. about 6
am, when they are descending. Listen for a "heeoo".
