Birding was very quiet this morning on the Salt Marsh Trail as the tide =
was coming in.  There were only 15 GB Herons feeding on the north side =
of the trail in the still shallow water with a few BB Plovers, lesser =
and greater Yellowlegs and several SB Dowitchers keeping them company.  =
A few Least Sandpipers flew around as well.  The Solitary Sandpiper was =
still in his tidal pool while close by in the apple trees beside the =
trail there was a half dozen Northern Parulas gleaning bugs from the =
leaves.  For those who may be interested, I added a few pictures of =
yesterday=E2=80=99s Nelson=E2=80=99s Sharp-tail and today=E2=80=99s =
Parula to my gallery at:
