There was 1 Hudsonian Godwit and 9 Short-billed Dowitchers this morning =
at Lawrencetown Lake in the lagoon between the trail and the highway.  =
There were also 8 Yellowlegs and a few Willets feeding in the same =
location and 1 Common Yellowthroat along the trail.  Two Osprey flew =
overhead and I believe I sighted a number of Snow Geese flying westward =
above the beaches.  I could not get a count as they flew past before I =
could get out of the car and get a good look.  Regardless, there were =
two groups that passed by spaced by about 5 minutes.  I could not get to =
the beach  as the police had the 207 closed all morning at the corner =
before the surf shop.  I have added some pictures of the Godwit and =
