Getting too close to any kind of wild animal is risky for all criters involved. Trying to pet and hug one means getting very close and they all have their sharp, pointy, and other means to discourage us to do so. Somehing to keep in mind when approaching and handling one with noble intention of rescueing or saving it. Ulli
