There was also an excellent shot of SW Nova, including Digby Neck and =
the Islands, posted on Facebook. It showed the Bay of Fundy coastline =
from the Minas Basin all the way around to the south shore as far as the =
eastern shore. I'd like to download a higher resolution version if this =
photo to study it...anyone know where I would find it on the space =
website?

Yes, it was a beautiful evening to take in the pass. Clear sky, =
gibbous Moon, the brighter stars of the winter sky getting low in the =
west, and the evening air filled with the chorus of Spring Peepers. The =
station brightness probably reached a magnitude close to negative 4 =
(about the brightness of Venus). It was neat to see the ISS fade into =
the edge of Earth's shadow low in the ESE. =20

And as expressed in an earlier message, Chris Hadfield had the =
Halifax area in his camera view. It was probably in a pass prior to =
this one. I understand that tomorrow he will be answering questions =
with a group of students at the Discovery Centre.=20

He will be back in our sky about 10:52 out of the WSW but he will =
only reach about 15 degrees before the ISS goes into Earth shadow (just =
before the Little Dog Star, Procyon). Roughly a 30 sec window of =
visibility.
