     New Reseach and Species in Our Atlantic Coastal Plain Flora

By Martin L.H. Thomas, retired professor of biology at UNB, St. John, now living in the 
Annapolis Valley. Martin Thomas has also worked with the Fisheries Research Board of 
Canada, Parks Canada, MTRI, and has done plant photography for the NS Museum of 
Natural History. He taught and did research in Bermuda and has written two books on the 
natural history of those islands. He has an extensive knowledge of the Maritimes coastal 
plain flora.

Date: Monday, March 25
Time: 7:30 pm
Place: Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History board room (enter by parking lot door).
