Currently you can get a *discount on 1 and 2 year subscriptions to Birds of North America Online* (arguably, one of the best sources for authoritative information about each species; and periodically updated to incorporate new findings from, primarily, peer-reviewed research). See the *birding new brunswick forum discussion here*: http://birdingnewbrunswick.ca/forum/topics/the-birds-of-north-america-online See the *eBird advertisement for this discount here*: http://ebird.org/content/ebird/news/ebird-birds-of-north-america-online See some *sample species accounts at BNA Online* - to see what subscription gives you access to - here: http://bna.birds.cornell.edu/bna I think you might have to sign up for eBird (free) to take advantage of the discount. It works out to be: *1-yr subscription - $42 down to $25* *2-yr subscription - $75 down to $50* I think it also applies to renewals as well... Cheers, James. -- James Churchill Kentville, Nova Scotia Email: jameslchurchill@gmail.com Phone (h): (902) 681-2374 Skype: jameslchurchill --0015175d02d2c8282104d3a48a44 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">Hi folks,=A0<div>I was alerted to this via the (awesome) b= irding new brunswick site.</div><div><br></div><div>Currently you can get a= <b>discount on 1 and 2 year subscriptions to Birds of North America Online= </b> (arguably, one of the best sources for authoritative information about= each species; and periodically updated to incorporate new findings from, p= rimarily, peer-reviewed research).</div> <div><br></div><div>See the <b>birding new brunswick forum discussion here<= /b>:<br></div><div><a href=3D"http://birdingnewbrunswick.ca/forum/topics/th= e-birds-of-north-america-online">http://birdingnewbrunswick.ca/forum/topics= /the-birds-of-north-america-online</a><br> </div><div><br></div><div style>See the <b>eBird advertisement for this dis= count here</b>:</div><div style><a href=3D"http://ebird.org/content/ebird/n= ews/ebird-birds-of-north-america-online">http://ebird.org/content/ebird/new= s/ebird-birds-of-north-america-online</a><br> </div><div style><br></div><div style>See some <b>sample species accounts a= t BNA Online</b>=A0- to see what subscription gives you access to - here:= =A0</div><div style><a href=3D"http://bna.birds.cornell.edu/bna">http://bna= .birds.cornell.edu/bna</a><br> </div><div style><br></div><div style>I think you might have to sign up for= eBird (free) to take advantage of the discount.
