About 40 visiting our niger feeder for the past week. Also still seeing the Northern Mockingbird daily. This bird has been here since November and currently seems more interested in water from the heated bird bath than in the blueberries and grape jelly I supply. Other birds: 6-8 WW Crossbills, 2 A. Tree Sparrows, 2 Song Sparrows, Goldfinches, Pine Siskins, House Sparrows. Also had Red Crossbills in December but have not seen them here in January. -- David W. Johnston Mary K.
