Apologies to NSRBA members. For everyone else, as posted about 10 AM today: "I just had a call from Bernard. The Godwit is still at Wolfville harbour. It's coming up to high tide at 10:30 and the bird is not so easy to find. It's up on the bank. Assuming it will stay there, it may be easier & closer this PM as the tide goes out. The harbour is directly behind Tim Hortons." Access to Wolfville harbour is via Gaspereau Avenue, which meets Main St. at Tim Horton's. Gaspereau Ave. ends in a parking lot. Access to the harbour is right there. It is basically a park. If the Godwit is in the harbour, you simply cannot miss it with binoculars. I believe Bernard planned to return there after lunch. The bird was getting lots of food items yesterday so may well stay at least today. It will feed more as the tide drops i.e. now. Rick Whitman
