--Apple-Mail-45--269997504 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed Thanks to Judy Tufts and Rick Whitman for phoning me today with alerts about the Wolfville Hbr. marbled godwit. SEPT. 11, 2012 - Daytime high tide today 09:30 a.m., thus low tide was at about 3:45 p.m. or 15:45. Earlier today Rick Whitman on NS- RBA reported a MARBLED GODWIT in Wolfville Harbour (first found by Bernard Forsythe?) and 2 CASPIAN TERNS along the main dyke north of Horton Landing. In late afternoon I found the marbled godwit in Wolfville Hbr. -- Larry Neily & Liz Doull were there, too -- and it was still there at 5:30 p.m. Also present there were 2 willets, 3 yellowlegs (lessers? unsure), perhaps 5 peeps, and several gulls. Then I drove to Horton Landing, probably a silly thing to do because the tide was out, but along the main dyke about halfway to East Point/ The Guzzle, there were 2 northern harriers definitely hunting along the dyke. Cheers from Jim in Wolfville. --Apple-Mail-45--269997504 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Type: text/html; charset=US-ASCII <html><body style=3D"word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; = -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">Thanks to Judy Tufts and Rick = Whitman for phoning me today with alerts about the Wolfville Hbr. = marbled godwit.<div><br></div><div><div style=3D"margin-top: 0px; = margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><font = face=3D"Helvetica" size=3D"3" style=3D"font: 12.0px Helvetica"><b>SEPT. = 11, 2012 </b>- Daytime high tide today 09:30 a.m., thus low tide was at = about 3:45 p.m. or 15:45.
