=3Cs --20cf307f34e4d0a49304c78a1a34 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Hi Angela, someone posted that DFO said the tide took him out to sea..which I'm not sure I believe. One would think the incoming tide might push him in further( of course followed by outgoing tide). In either case if it's still in the Bay of Fundy that far in , not much food for it. I was talking to the Leatherback people at Dal and their main researcher was in Cape Breton but was driving up to see if they could spot it. I also called a few of the river rafting groups to ask them to keep an eye out as I imagine if it beaches again it will be at low tide. I haven't heard anything since yesterday and told the Dal people I would be willing to help if it beached again ( not that I can do much being that my experience with leatherbacks is ummm zero :). Also had several people who know the area to go check and havent heard anything, still not sure who took the original picture and what time it was taken. FYI, the # for leatherback sightings is: 1-888-729-4667.
