I concur with John that this is a Bufo americanus toadlet.  They usually hav=
e at least a few red spots on the dorsal skin, which are visible in your pho=
to.  This is my own photo of a closer view of a young toad which gives a bet=
ter view of the red spots.  I looked at a group of photos of toadlets using g=
oogle image search and see some leg striping and variation in colour, so tha=
t may be pretty normal.  No doubt, Fred Schueler can add some diagnostics to=
 this discussion.
