I sailed off of the tip of the Aspotogan Peninsula yesterday, taking my boat around from Mahone Bay to St. Margarets Bay. Three individual Greater Shearwaters lifted off the water and skimmed past us. Nothing much else was seen on the trip. I was hoping that I might see some porpoises, dolphins or whales since the mackeral were running but no such luck. Don Don MacNeill donmacneill@bellaliant.net
