Jeannie Shermerhorn and I spent a beautiful night owling the points in Rich. Co. last night...by beautiful, I mean the weather, not the results...only 4 BARR. on a route where I've gotten twenty. However, an exciting start... on the second stop, not too far from a streetlight, we heard a rustling in the brush, and a deer burst across the road not too far from Jeannie...followed a second or so behind by a coyote...a bit eerie on a dark moonless night.
