Dorothy C Woods Harbour From: naturens-owner@chebucto.ns.ca [mailto:naturens-owner@chebucto.ns.ca] On Behalf Of Eleanor Lindsay Sent: April-30-12 11:05 AM To: naturens@chebucto.ns.ca Subject: [NatureNS] Bird ID requested A bird arrived at my feeders this morning which I am struggling to identify: Finch type beak, colouring similar to a female purple finch, but paler and bigger in size. Has a white circlet around top of head, a slight white line under dark eyes, a faint trace of a white wing bar and a faintly speckled breast. I have managed to get several pictures for anyone willing to take a look. Eleanor Lindsay, (hoping it isn't anything too obvious!)
