My colleague, Andrew Weaver from the University of Victoria, one of =20
Canada's most eminent climatologists, called it Orwellian on CBC's As =20=

it Happens on Monday and compared the Harper government's heavy-handed =20=

control of scientists to that practiced by the Communist Party in the =20=

days of the Soviet Union. It's absolutely unbelievable.
