--Apple-Mail-9-744632805 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed As promised, on this very unseasonably warm day (>10 C. and windy and Sunny) I just checked Wolfville's Clock Park (across Main St. from Baptist Church, ne. corner of Acadia campus): there are several showy small bushes of planted witch-hazel (one is labelled Hamamelis jelena "copper beauty" with long curled orange-rusty petals)(another is unlabelled but has long curled yellow petals, and one bush has yellow flowers just opening) -- check the west edge of the small park along the cemetery fence). Cheers from Jim in Wolfville.
