Thanks, Dusan!  This is incentive for me to check out Wolfville's  
tiny Clock Park, just west of Wolfville's business district and  
across Main St. from the big Baptist Church.  Several varieties of  
cultivated witch-hazels were just planted there last summer or  
autumn, and perhaps some of them will show spring signs soon or  
already are doing so?  Jim in Wolfville.
