This area is probably the most productive for bay birds on the Chebucto Peninsula. This morning in the fog and without scoping I spotted; Common Loon, Horned Grebe, Canada Goose, Black Duck, Mallard, Common Eider, Bufflehead, Hooded Merganser, Common Merganser and Black Guillemot. On my way home I found a dark juvenile Glaucous Gull posing on a rock in Indian Harbour, beside the Old Sambro Road.
