--Boundary_(ID_l4CBYO+gUeRJpKh4fBP8lw) Content-type: text/plain; CHARSET=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT NOV. 30, 2011 - The Thextons saw the imm. Baltimore oriole twice this morning at their bird pies in east Wolfville. Twice today, hours apart, I saw nice big rainbows over the Minas Basin from Wolfville. And rainbows always make me think of Roy Bishop, who gives presentations on the physics of rainbows and our vision's perception of them. One of his bottom lines is that every rainbow is a personal one, being seen by only one observer (myself); thus each of us "owns" every rainbow we see! Miner's Marsh in Kentville during the noon hour: still 1 pied-billed grebe, plus 20 mallards and a small flock of 4+ goldfinches + a few crows and blue jays. Also I saw several fresh-looking flower-heads of common dandelion. There are several obvious large conical muskrat lodges among the cattails, but I saw no active muskrats, despite very warm conditions (with wind and light to heavy rain). Cheers from Jim in Wolfville. --Boundary_(ID_l4CBYO+gUeRJpKh4fBP8lw) Content-type: text/html; CHARSET=US-ASCII Content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable
<body style=3D"word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; = -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><div style=3D"margin-top: 0px; = margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><font = face=3D"Helvetica" size=3D"3" style=3D"font: 12.0px Helvetica">NOV. = 30, 2011 - The Thextons saw the imm. Baltimore oriole twice = this morning at their bird pies in east Wolfville.
<div = style=3D"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; = margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Helvetica; = min-height: 14px; ">

<div style=3D"margin-top: 0px; = margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><font = face=3D"Helvetica" size=3D"3" style=3D"font: 12.0px Helvetica">Twice = today, hours apart, I saw nice big rainbows over the Minas Basin = from Wolfville.
