One the reasons is the bird watching. It is common to see enormous flocks of starlings and grackles as well as fields covered with flocks of geese, both Snow and Canada. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge at the South end is also worth while. It is 20 miles across and has a wildlife refuge at the North end. Peter Stow Hubbards. In a message dated 04/11/2011 4:24:19 P.M. I'm not sure I want to either, at least around here. I worry about my bird food budget!! That crowd would eat 10 years of it about 1/2 sec I would expect I sent the link. A friend from Mississippi sent it to me. Today I'm seeing flocks of 30 or more Blue jays and one quite a bit bigger of Robins. I totally lost count on that one, was kneading my bread and had to stay inside.
