Gaspe Quoting "James W. Wolford" <jimwolford@eastlink.ca>: '...and how to figure out tide times for the Bay of Fundy from those posted for the Minas Basin near Wolfville.' Hi Jim, ... but why bother with that? Simply bookmark the following site http://www.waterlevels.gc.ca/English/Canada.shtml Click on the NS square on the map that comes up, click on the Bay of Fundy map square that comes up next, and finally select the site from the list at the last level, e.g. I choose Baxter's Harbour when we visit Hall's Harbour -- only a minute or two difference. The site then composes a page for you of high and low tides with tide heights given also, for the next 7 days, at that location. You can print the page, and also choose to have a listing for a different 7 days that you specify. Invaluable site, takes ~30 seconds to use. I think someone on this list originally recommended it to me. Steve, Halifax
