A few years ago we found one in a graveyard in Centreville the size of a football and dined off it for a week, delicious. I wish they were here on the South Shore but I have to make do with chanterelles and Boletes. Peter Stow Hubbards In a message dated 19/07/2011 7:43:31 P.M. And near the Irving Centre on campus, I saw a very large winged ant exploring the ground and edge of of University Avenue. And on a lawn also near the Irving Centre and Business Dept. bldg. on campus, there was a fresh small irregular specimen of Calvatia sp., a small "giant puffball" (diameter about 5 cm.).
