Witness what has happened in Westport Harbour on Brier = Island, and to Peters Island in the Passage between Brier and Long = Island. Parts of it have become a cesspool, and Minister Belliveau's = department has just extended the licence of that aquaculture operation = for another 10 years. I didn't see the minister come down to Long and Brier Islands to make an = announcement about that piece of news.
