I'm glad I inspired somebody to to something! Next you'll be wanting more expensive cameras and bigger and more expensive lenses, ...........! One of the nice things about bird photography is that you can always take better pictures then the ones you already have, so it's an ongoing process, and gives you an ever-expanding goal. Rick (and others)- you might want to look at the Yahoo group Birds-Pix, as a place to send pictures for more people to see, and if you really want to see how the real experts do it, and get some humbling lessons in how to be a better bird photographer, try lurking in www.birdphotographers.net. The forums on www.dpreview.com also make great reading, mostly about how to use equipment.
