The Snowy Egret remains at the Sambro Salt Marsh, unfortunately it was at the very back of the marsh making photos unusable. It was there yesterday, as well.

On today's midday walk at the Cole Harbour Salt Marsh Trail Laura and I spotted a single Ipswich Sparrow scurrying along the edge heading east. There were four Black-headed gulls present and an adult Bald Eagle, but no Bald Eagle activity at the nest site.

At home in Portuguese Cove migrants continue to move through with three Fox Sparrows present yesterday and today, with two showing indications of pair bonding. Fox Sparrow presence has been continuous since first reported.
