A beautiful morning for wandering around some local ponds. Here's what I
found, as submitted to e-bird.

Location:     317 Middle Dyke Road
Just as I was heading out

Mourning Dove     2
Blue Jay     4
Song Sparrow     2
White-throated Sparrow     6
Northern Cardinal     3 (2 M. trying to outdo each other singing from
opposite sides of the property, and 1 F. in the middle!)
Common Grackle     4


Location:     Saxon St.Pond

Mallard     1
Green-winged Teal     12
Bald Eagle     1
Killdeer     2
Red-winged Blackbird     1 imm.

Location:     Canard Pond

American Wigeon     23
American Black Duck     10
Mallard     10
Northern Pintail     3 (1M, 2F)
Green-winged Teal     20
Bald Eagle     1 ad. being harassed by the 2 crows
Red-tailed Hawk     1
Killdeer     1
Herring Gull     20
Great Black-backed Gull     20
American Crow     2
American Robin     3
Red-winged Blackbird     3

Location:     Harris's Pond, Canning

Canada Goose     2 - as well as ~200 at the Canning aboiteau
Gadwall     2 (A pair)
