Index of Subjects --0-340495666-1300726838=:56188 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Today at home I heard brown creepers singing for the first time this year, our pileated woodpecker calling his head off and a new-for-my-yard white-breasted nuthatch singing. Yesterday I heard what I would have sworn was a killdeer calling while flying high over the house, but I wasn't able to see it to confirm. I spotted two crows carrying nesting material today, one near Lower Sackville and one at MSVU. There was also a male common merganser in Three Mile Lake. And on Thursday I found a june bug on the lawn at MSVU - a little early for them yet, isn't it?
