With a wind chill of -30 C, it seems like a good day to review birding memories. I'm a life-long birder but like many have taken it to a new level in retirement. I must credit Bernard Forsythe, Richard Stern and these Internet bird reports as my critical support. In 2010 I added 18 "Lifers", nine of which were reported on the Internet first. Bernard & I found three of the Hurricane Earl species the day after the storm, before we had numerous reports on the various species. Here's a brief list which will twig some memories for many.
