Subject: 18 Killdeer

This morning's tally of Killdeer is as follows; 6 at Mackerel Cove's Beach, 6 at the cobbly beach and 2 at the second beach, all in Crystal Crescent Beach Provincial Park. I found 2 more at Sandy Cove's beach and another 2 near the grass at the dock, Ketch Harbour.

Of interest I think is not only the high numbers of Killdeer but what else might be traveling with them, and of course, where they came from.
