Ian I don't have posting priveleges for the NS-RBA but was hoping you
might forward my report of the graylag Goose from today Nov.26. It
hadn't been seen in a while and people were speculating it had
left-but I had it this AM along with a chap from PEI

"I saw the Graylag Goose this morning Nov. 26. The 1000+ Canada Geese
seem to congregate in the early AM on the river just west of hwy 102.
They can be well seen if you turn left(south) on Tidal Bore Rd.- the
first left after you get on to Onslow Rd from Hwy 102 heading west.
They can be seen very well from the base of a old bridge at the end of
the road. The Graylag was present at about 0915 along with a single
Greater White-fronted. By 945 they had all moved to the corn stubble
field across from McWilliam Rd. When they first get to this spot they
land in the open and then walk into the corn becoming much more
difficult to see. The Graylag was viewed at this site from 945-955 and
then disappeared into the corn and could not be relocated.

I would advise trying for this bird at the end of Tidal Bore Rd. first
thing in the AM> "
