Unfortunately=2C I just learn= ed of it=2C so this report is late=2C but with luck it will stay a while lo= nger (or perhaps with better luck=2C head south). The feeders are not visi= ble from the road=2C so I am awaiting permission from the property owner be= fore posting a detailed location. =20 =20 Photos show it to be of the mid-western race Dendroica dominica albilora= =2C and there seems to have been a larger movement than usual this fall of= the species=2C and of this subspecies=2C mainly the 3rd week of October=2C= from Manitoba to Newfoundland. Other than a couple of stray migrants earl= ier=2C one in Maine and one at our Bon Portage I.=2C the first were one at = St. John's (NL)=2C one in Maine=2C and one in SE Manitoba=2C all about 17-1= 8 October. There must have been some major weather disturbance in the Mid= west about then=2C and over the next weeks single Yellow-throated Warblers = were seen from southern Ontario=2C southern Qu=E9bec=2C and Nova Scotia (Ha= lifax and Antigonish counties) as well as this one.
