The males have now all disappeared, but I still have = quite a few female purple finch, along with female house finches and a = number of young birds. Other birds in my yard : chicadees, three blue birds, a few = goldfinch, three mourning doves. My woodpeckers seem to have all = disappeared. I have trouble identifying birds now - I am in the process = of having cataract surgery.
