(Petro Canada station) Highway 14 turns right. Continue straight on =20
Highway 215 (Note the YIELD sign. You do NOT have the right of way)! =20
The rink is on the right as soon as you exit the intersection. Bring =20
insect repellent. We should be done by lunchtime. Storm date: July 11.

Meet at the Wallace Wharf, at 8:30 a.m. Take Highway 104 to Exit 11, =20
then Highway 4 North to Wentworth Centre; then Highway 307 to Wallace. =20=

The wharf is right in front of you when you reach the end of Highway =20
307 at Route 6. Primary points of interest are the impoundments at the =20=

Wallace Bay National Wildlife Area. The morning will consist of a =20
three-hour walk along a woodland trail, so come prepared with sturdy =20
footwear, water, and a lunch. Birds of interest in 2009 were Virginia =20=

Rail and Laughing Gull. No storm date for this trip

The Friends of McNabs are celebrating their 20th anniversary and one =20
of the events that we are organizing will be an introductory bird =20
watching tour which is scheduled to take place in the morning. Bob and =20=

Wendy McDonald will be doing a beginner's bird walk at 10:00 AM on =20
McNabs Island. This would be a wonderful opportunity for beginners and =20=

more experienced birders to check out McNab's Island's perching birds =20=

be they year-round or summer residents. We'll certainly be on the look =20=

out for osprey too! The tour will start once the 9:30 AM boat leaving =20=
