Hi;

I was atlassing today in the Mount Uniacke square - 20MQ37 - and ventured into a new subdivision in Lakelands.  The road in is called "Red Spruce Way" with another road "Yellow Birch Drive" running off it.  The lots, as yet not cleared, are for sale.  You can access this new s/d from Hwy #1, past Mount Uniacke House, near Piggott Lake, just before the start of Hwy 202.  I believe the sign says "Lakeland Estates".

At the end of Red Spruce Way, there is a turnabout, and past it is evidence of the road being extended.  Trees have been cleared some time ago and dense grasses have grown into this 200+ meter long by 60+ meter wide swath.  The GPS coordinates of the turnabout where I was parked are:
430764E/4974504N.
