I've been busy and have fallen behind in postings. =20

June 13=2C 2010 - Greater Yellowlegs - At The shoreline below the Cemetary =
across from the entrance of the Heckman's Island Road. =20
=20
June 19=2C 2010 - Lots of nesting evidence at my Caribou Lake Square with a=
n upgrade to highest status of at least 15 species. =20
=20
June 24=2C 2010 - Caribou Lake Square at the Gold River end. I had a pair =
of Canada Warblers with both adults gathering food for young.

Black-billed Cuckoo 20T 388969 4940337 - Very vocal and out in the open. T=
here was a nest under where the cuckoo was. I shall have to follow up on t=
his after a few weeks. The cuckoo was making a scold call which to me soun=
ded like a chipmunk. Have I been overlooking cuckoos all of those years pa=
st and passing them off as chipmunks making the noise?

A vocal northern goshawk was also a treat.
