Hello Sandy.
The ruler is indeed in inches. How big a black bear would own these
feet? Our house is in the woods and the pond is about 100 feet away.
So in the past year within 100 feet of the house we have seen, bobcat,
fox, deer, squirrel, chipmunk, groundhog, rabbit, raccoon, skunk and now
bear (although do prints count as seen as in a heard bird is a seen bird).
Thanks
Virginia Redden
