I finally saw one at a certain birder's feeders recently. I recall some years ago, it was the opposite. I would find a lot of red breasted nuthatches and not a white breasted nuthatch and managed to find the latter in the valley. As well, I have noticed the same in the Nature NS with a lot of reported white breasted nuthatches this year. Cheers?
