In the past week in Sunnyside, we have seen or heard the following birds: Blue-headed Vireo Nashville Warbler Black & White Warbler Palm Warbler Common Yellowthroat Blackburnian Warbler Black-throated Green Warbler Black-throated Blue Warbler Yellow-rumped Warbler Magnolia Warbler Golden-crowned Kinglet Ruby-crowned Kinglet Northern Flicker Hairy Woodpecker Downy Woodpecker Chipping Sparrow White-throated Sparrow Song Sparrow Hooded Merganser Canada Geese Pine Siskins American Goldfinches Evening Grosbeaks Boreal Chickadees Black-capped Chickadees Purple Finches White-Breasted Nuthatch American Robin Hermit Thrush The "Sunnyside" area is a fantastic wildlife habitat easily explored by dirt logging roads. Animals that we have seen (or saw evidence thereof) in Sunnyside are: Beaver Black Bear Moose (tracks and scat) Coyotes Fox Muskrat Fisher (carcass) Groundhog Snowshoe Hare Red Squirrel Chipmunk White-tailed Deer Raccoons Skunk Porcupine It's my favorite place! :) Cheers, Cindy Springhill, Nova Scotia cindycreighton@gmail.com --000feae9b055cca2d704867f2d96 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi All:<div><br></div><div>Below is a 3-minute video I made starting with b= irds in our backyard, and moving over to where my atlas square is (an area = on the other side of Hwy. 104 we call "Sunnyside") where we often= see bears and other animals. =A0</div> <div><br></div><div><span class=3D"Apple-style-span" style=3D"color: rgb(85= , 26, 139); -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: underline; "><a href=3D"htt= p://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DG5m9FtiOtyA">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= =3DG5m9FtiOtyA</a></span></div> <div><br></div><div>There was a great assortment of warblers but I was only= able to capture a few on video. =A0In the past week in Sunnyside, we have = seen or heard the following birds:</div><div><br></div><div>Blue-headed Vir= eo</div> <div>Nashville Warbler</div><div>Black & White Warbler</div><div>Palm W= arbler</div><div>Common Yellowthroat</div><div>Blackburnian Warbler</div><d= iv>Black-throated Green Warbler</div><div>Black-throated Blue Warbler</div> <div>Yellow-rumped Warbler</div><div>Magnolia Warbler</div><div>Golden-crow= ned Kinglet</div><div>Ruby-crowned Kinglet</div><div>Northern Flicker</div>= <div>Hairy Woodpecker</div><div>Downy Woodpecker</div><div>Chipping Sparrow= </div> <div>White-throated Sparrow</div><div>Song Sparrow</div><div>Hooded Mergans= er</div><div>Canada Geese</div><div>Pine Siskins</div><div>American Goldfin= ches</div><div>Evening Grosbeaks</div><div>Boreal Chickadees</div><div> Black-capped Chickadees</div><div>Purple Finches</div><div>White-Breasted N= uthatch</div><div>American Robin</div><div>Hermit Thrush</div><div><br></di= v><div>The "Sunnyside" area is a fantastic wildlife habitat easil= y explored by dirt logging roads. =A0Animals that we have seen (or saw evid= ence thereof) in Sunnyside are:</div> <div><br></div><div>Beaver</div><div>Black Bear</div><div>Moose (tracks and= scat)</div><div>Coyotes</div><div>Fox</div><div>Muskrat</div><div>Fisher (= carcass)</div><div>Groundhog</div><div>Snowshoe Hare</div><div>Red Squirrel= </div> <div>Chipmunk</div><div>White-tailed Deer</div><div>Raccoons</div><div>Skun= k=A0</div><div>Porcupine</div><div><br></div><div>It's my favorite plac= e! :)</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,</div><div>Cindy</div><div><br></div> <div>Springhill, Nova Scotia</div><div><a href=3D"mailto:cindycreighton@gma= il.com">cindycreighton@gmail.com</a></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><di= v><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div> --000feae9b055cca2d704867f2d96--
