May 2, 2010 Red Bridge Pond 2 Common Terns 1 drake Blue Winged teal (still there after 5 pm) 1 Pied Billed Grebe 5 Ring necked ducks 10 Tree swallows (three starting to build a nest inside a lamp 2? Barn swallows I was scanning the pond. The next thing, one tern appeared in the binos so I had to look up and saw two flying. They had a quick look before moving on northwards. Got three new birds less than one minute. Cheers, liz
