Hello, Earlier this afternoon I observed an immature Ring Billed Gull hanging around the parking lot on the waterfront in Yarmouth (near Tim Horton's on Water Street). It has a yellow leg band with black letters (FAH) on the right leg. It also has a single metal band on the left leg. I've e-mailed the finding to the USGS. Also seen in the harbour were C. Goldeneye, and 4 Am. Widgeon. Paul Quinan, NS
