Hello all,

This is my first post so I hope all goes well, been reading for near two =
years and recently asked Hans via e-mail who told me how to subscribe. =
On the 27th of Jan. I captured a horned lark and Ipswich(?) sparrow on =
the salt marsh trail in Cow Bay. These and other images can be seen @ =
http://abolitphotos.ca in the bird gallery, not positive on the Ipswich =
so if not correct please correct me.

Have also captured rough legged hawks in Elderbank (my home village) =
both dark phase and light phase together, wondering if the light phase =
is female.(not uploaded to site yet) These are news hawks to the area.

On the 2nd of Feb. captured some lapland longspurs on the other side of =
the bridge in Rainbow Haven (which I have uploaded to site) and a golden =
crown kinglet on the boardwalk heading to beach (uploaded) one very very =
cold morning!

On the 3rd of Feb. captured an otter early in the morning at the bridge =
in Rainbow Haven (uploaded to animal gallery)

Also there is quite a large flock of snow buntings in Elderbank.

Thank you all for this very informative site being I gathered so many =
sightings I wanted to contribute back. If any questions please do not =
hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely, Darrell
