The Wagners in Brickton=2C who feed the birds=2C called to describe Blue Ja=
ys which were eating white enamel that was peeling from the railing on thei=
r deck. The paint=2C designated for exterior use=2C had been applied to woo=
d and PVC material. They would appreciate an explanation and are concerned =
that it would harm the BJs. If possible please provide an explanation.
