Hi all,

A few goodies from the Hartlen Pt portion of the Hfx-Dtmth Christmas
Count (the bit covered by Charles Cron, Duncan Rand, Sarah Wong, and
me):

Grey Catbird in the multiflora by the Clarence Park School (the old
school building in the autoport)

Yellow-breasted Chat beside (east of) the trail that's the first left
off Romkey Drive

Four Glaucous Gulls: 3 between McCormack's Beach and the point (didn't
see myself, so not sure about the age & location) and one first winter
(along with several Icelands) at the sewer outflow opposite the older
(more northerly) Tim Horton's.

At the pond on Shore Road with all those ducks there was a gull that
looked promising for Thayer's. We ultimately decided it wasn't quite
right, but it's perhaps worth mentioning to give any gull keeners out
there a heads up. Just in case ...

Cheers,
Andy Horn
