We have nut hatches, white breasted ones. There are 4 or 5 at the moment flitting between the grapevine and the big maple along our driveway. One is a bit blocky and all gray no dark head stripe. There are wing markings and the general shape and movement is right so I am sure it is a nuthatch. It was hanging on my big glass door. I tried to get a photo but so far no go.
