--0-1331124866-1253211571=:35052 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello all, =A0 At this time of year when there are many young birds, obviously, not in adu= lt plumage, I'm sure I am not the only one sometimes wondering what types o= f song birds these are,=A0that are appearing.. =A0 For the last couple of days, there have been a small group of sparrow-type = birds, a little larger than the song sparrows (but hanging around with), sp= ending time on the ground of my newly seeded backyard.=20 =A0 They remind me very much of Fox Sparrows, with their deep chestnut coloured= feathers on some of the body feathers and on their longish tail feathers t= oo.
