Join Halifax Field Naturalists at the N.S. Museum of Natural History, 1747 Summer Street at 7:30PM on Thursday September 3rd for a slideshow presentation by local nature enthusiast and photographer David Chaisson about his nature explorations. David has been hiking and kayaking around Nova Scotia for the past 20 years, and in 2008, David hiked and paddled 1,340 kilometers over all 52 weekends of the year, including an eight-day canoe trip on the Yukon River. This slideshow contains highlights of his travels with a focus on nature, wildlife, and his experiences in the great outdoors.
