An hour before high tide in Wolfville Harbour, the roosting
SHOREBIRDS along the shore below the railroad tracks included about
35 YELLOWLEGS, which were nearly all GREATERS with 2+ LESSERS, I
think, plus 3 WILLETS, and just 2 unidentified PEEPS.
Also present were numerous noisy HOUSE SPARROWS, including a female
that was feeding a begging new FLEDGLING -- a late useful ATLAS
RECORD for the Wolfville square -- and about 25 ROCK PIGEONS on the
tracks-side building roof. Someone provides cracked corn for the
pigeons in the wharf park on a flat rock.
