Would You Eat a Rock?

Most people would answer no but in today's world, if you can't grow it, =
you have to mine it. We use rocks and minerals every day and don't even =
realize it - they are in the food we eat, the houses we live in and the =
cars that we drive. We even brush our teeth with rocks! Come join DNR =
Geologist Sandra Johnston for an enlightening talk on how our lives are =
dependant on rocks and find out some interesting facts about different =
uses for rocks and minerals. For more info contact Kari at 902-584-2332. =
 Everyone is welcome.
