I had a pair of hummingbirds nesting nearby (maybe not always the same two?) and
spending their summer in and arouond my yard (in Lower Sackville) but for at
least the last two years the male did not return yet the female remained for
the summer. A female returned this year but has since left or transpired by
some other means, so no hummingbirds for the remainder of the summer. Now
whether I can attract them while migrating may be more challenging.

Andy Stadnyk,

PS. as I am new to this group I will mention that I had an Indigo bunting visit
my finch feeder for 3 days last month. The song sparrows chased it tirelessly,
and then it left.
